At En Route Designs, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in their original condition:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
    • Tags and labels intact.
  • Sale items, personalized products, or items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving your return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please place a new order, and return the original item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@enroutedesigns.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work to resolve this promptly at no cost to you.
