Returns & Exchange Policy

 

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our updated return and exchange guidelines below.

 

 


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

 

To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following requirements:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear

Items returned with tags removed, visible wear, washing, damage, or any alteration will be ineligible for a refund or exchange and will be sent back to the customer.

 

 


Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Final sale items

 

 


Return Shipping Costs

 

For all non-defective returns or exchanges, the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
This amount will be deducted from your refund or charged separately for exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

 

 


How to Start a Return or Exchange

 

  1. Email us at support@enroutedesigns.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  2. For exchanges, please include the size, color, or item you would like instead so we can confirm availability.

  3. Once approved, we will send a return shipping label or return instructions.

  4. Pack your item securely and include your original packing slip.

  5. Once your return is received and inspected:

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

    • Exchanges will be processed and shipped after the returned item is approved.

 

 


Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will promptly replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping.
